Dear NYSPEC Directors and Legislative Directors:
Attached is the tentative agenda for our 42nd Annual Convention, which will, after a one year hiatus, once again be at the beautiful Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Note the three time periods during which registration will be available, depending on the time and date of your arrival. Please make it a point to register at your earliest opportunity! An updated agenda will be available at registration.
I was holding back on sending out the tentative agenda because I was waiting to hear from other providers who have supported the NYSPEC in the past but had not yet responded to the invite. However, too many members and providers have been asking about the agenda so I could not hold off any longer. I am also attaching a list of the unions that will be in attendance to help you make your plans.
Please review the tentative agenda to see if your company name is listed correctly in the sponsors in attendance sheet that was also sent as a separate attachment but will be included in the updated agenda at registration. Also if you are sponsoring an event let me know if the names listed are correct or if I have to add a name(s) or remove a name(s)
