I have received a request to issue a Memo In Support for a bill that has passed both houses.
If anyone has an issue with NYSPEC issuing this memo you need to notify me via email and state the reason why you are opposed to PEC issuing the memo by close of business July 5, 2023.
Also note, now is the time to request a MIS if you have a bill that has passed both houses. I prefer not to receive them towards the end of the year because that is when I will be inundated with the Convention preparation.
