I am pleased to report that we have two organizations that wish to join the NYS Public Employee Conference.
Michael L. DeMarco is the President of NYC Traffic Employees, Local 1455 District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO representing Public Employees that work in the City & State of NY
Martin Fogarty is the President of Correction Officers Benevolent Association of Rockland County representing Public Employees that work in the State of NY.
In accordance with our by- laws if anyone objects to these applications you need to
notify me via email and state your reason for non acceptance. You need not respond if you support membership.
If I do not hear from anyone in opposition by close of business February 4, 2025, I will proceed to notify Presidents Michael L. DeMarco and Martin Fogarty their unions have been accepted.
