Legislative Directors,
I have attached a copy of the letter written by NYSPEC to Speaker Heastie to investigate the eligibility requirements of the election.
As we had discussed it would be good if the Speaker received other letters from the members of NYSPEC.
There will be a hearing this coming Monday by the Judicial Committee. I will keep you posted.
