I have attached the tentative Agenda for our Conference.
Upon registering at the Conference you will receive an updated agenda.
Please send me an email indicating who will be receiving the 4 days credit.
Do not assume that I know who from your union is to receive the credit.
Some of you have the rooms in the same name and some may want a board member to receive the credit.
It will take a few minutes for you or a staff person to send it to me.
There has been so much back and forth with the Caribe this year and they are asking me now to submit the names. This will avoid me finding out at the end of the conference that I left off a name.
Suffice it to say this has been a difficult year with all the issues surrounding reservations.
We have a full agend planned and I look forward to seeing everyone and to your active participation in all of our 3 important meetings.
We have always arranged the schedule for us to accomplish what we need to and also offer you time to network and share ideas and concerns with all the unions in attendance.
